Our mobile services are designed to be convenient for you. You can receive treatments or coaching at your home, place of work, outdoors, for your team, club, race or event. So that we can arrange sessions and support to best suit your needs, please call us or use the contact form below. We can chat about your needs and confirm your booking.
Get the best out of your appointment and give us notice
We work hard to provide you with the most professional coaching and care and we require at least 24 hours notice for all bookings. However, if you need an appointment within 24 hours, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you share with us with will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services and support. We will never share your personal information with any other party. All of our payments are processed through PayPal.
What if you need to change or cancel your appointment?
Massage, sports therapy, one-to-one coaching and classes
We are committed to providing a high quality service and we only use highly experienced therapists to provide our services. If you miss or cancel a session at last minute, it could prevent our therapists treating or coaching in other sessions. Out of fairness and consideration to our therapists and our hosts. We request the following from you:
24 hours notice before your booking takes place, of any change or request for cancellation of your booking, via email. Please be aware, a full session fee will be charged for any missed or last minute cancellations (within a 24 hour period).
We will always try and accommodate you and where possible we may be able to adjust your booking so please call us as we may be able to adjust your booking day or time provided we can fill your space.
Our workshops are all designed for small groups and we book out our venues according to the demand for the workshop. We therefore request that if you need to change or cancel your workshop booking you give us 48 hours notice before the workshop takes place, via email. This allows us time to offer your place to others. Please be aware, the full workshop fee will be charged for any last minute cancellations (within a 48 hour period).
We will always try and accommodate you and where possible we may be able to offer you an alternative date should you need to make a last minute cancellation, provided we can fill your space.
In the unlikely event your booking is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.
